Insanity


So, After having Alonso I have been trying to lose weight... but its not that easy especially since I LOVE to eat and I HATE to WORKOUT.

But I'm determined. I have to lose weight. Before I got pregnant, I weighed 113 pounds. Now I weigh 135 pounds, uugghh! I know! Big difference.

So, I figured, since I just can't keep up with my workout that I would write about and show all of you my progress. Let me tell you that this is my 3rd attempt. So if there is anyone out there reading this, help me! Encourage me with your comments!

  1. Be gentle with yourself. You will make more progress that way. Even if you begin your fitness journey with simply walking every day, that's okay. Insanity is intense, so be careful of injury that could set you back.
